We had an emergency at midnight regarding our 2months old lab puppy. Dr.Satish received our calls even at such duration and we called many a times and he did pick up the phone each time. Before anything else Dr. Satish is a animal lover himself, I often see him serve injured puppies and dogs that some good kids take to the hospital. He is a great vet! My dog loves this place, It's has a great ambience for the pets to meet other pets.

My dog gives this clinic two paws up! The technicians and doctors are friendly and knowledgable as it gets. They are considerate of my dog and her anxiety, they never rush her and are calm. They go out of their way to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to treatments. Their appointment times are great and I've never faced a packed, overcrowded waiting room like at many vets. It's actually very calm for an emergency hospital. They're also there 24/7 if my dog ever gets sick - they'll already have all her medical records and know her.

I took my spiky to Dr Satish, spiky was crying for last five days I took him to some other vet who diagnosed him with slip disk and gave him steroids and asked to continue for five days but my little child didn't get any relief. So I decided to take him to pet care hospital they admitted him for one day for the observation and they diagnosed him for sarcoidosis with acute arthritis and lesions in lungs. Thank you sir hats off to you. I highly recommend him for every pet in Delhi.

My dog was diagnosed with a tumour and he was in very critical condition. Have been every where and due to my dog's old age no doctor was taking the surgery case.My dog is 11 years old. Than i met Dr satish, very down to earth person and a genuine doctor. He has promised that the dog will survive and it happened and my dog is fine and healthy now. Thank god for that. The staff needs to be educated little more about how to handle the patient or dogs. If u r looking for the genuine doctor who will take care of ur pet and charge u what is worth than he is the only and best doctor to contact. Reasonable doctor but more importantly he can save ur pet and can guide u what best shud be done with the pet.

Can't praise these guys enough! They have been there for my little cat Snow through everything and are always friendly and happy to give advice! Last night we had a traumatic episode and they stayed for hours even after closing with him until we had a plan in place and could go home. I will be very sad to leave the area in a few weeks and have to try to find a new vets to compare. Best vets in the New_delhi. Would recommend 1000%.
